Riyadh, December 31, 2023, The Ministry of Sport and the National Center for Privatization & PPP (NCP) have announced the second track of the Sports Clubs Investment and Privatization Project, a venture launched by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, in alignment with the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
The second track of the project involves the registration of interested local and international entities looking to invest in sports teams. These entities can initiate the offering process by visiting the ministry's website and completing the registration process.
Launched in June, the Sports Clubs Investment and Privatization Project focuses on three strategic objectives. These include creating an attractive environment for investment in the sports sector, enhancing professionalism and administrative standards, along with financial governance in the country's sports teams, and developing infrastructure to enhance the overall sports fan experience. The initiative aims to contribute significantly to the realization of Vision 2030's objectives in the sports sector.
