On September 15, 2024, in Riyadh, the Ministry of Tourism launched the "Our Guests Are Our Priority" campaign. This initiative is designed to ensure that hospitality facilities adhere to licensing and classification standards while meeting all regulatory requirements. The first phase of the campaign, which started earlier this month, is focused on media and awareness efforts to engage all stakeholders in the tourism sector. The goal is to improve the quality of services provided to both domestic and international tourists throughout the Kingdom. Minister of Tourism Ahmed bin Aqeel Al-Khateeb highlighted that the campaign aims to foster collaboration among tourism stakeholders to support Saudi Vision 2030 and enhance the Kingdom's reputation as a premier global tourism destination.
