Diriyah, November 16, 2023, In a notable development, the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Foundation (Misk) and the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Knowledge Foundation have formalized a partnership agreement during the Misk Global Forum. The forum, themed "Think and Impact," convened leaders, thinkers, innovators, and creators from around the world at the Al-Bujairi hill in the historic district of Diriyah.
Representing the Misk Foundation, Executive Vice President Eng. Omar Najjar, and for the Mohammed Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation, Executive Director Jamal bin Juwaireb, signed the agreement. The primary objective of this collaboration is to fortify the strategic partnership between the two foundations, pooling efforts to benefit their target audiences and generate a positive and constructive impact that empowers young men and women across various key fields.
The scope of cooperation outlined in the agreement encompasses the launch of empowering initiatives and the training of 300 young individuals in diverse skills. This training will be facilitated through materials developed in collaboration with Coursera and the United Nations Development Program, showcasing a commitment to leveraging cutting-edge educational resources. The partnership also involves empowering beneficiaries through programs designed to enhance the cognitive potential of Arab youth, emphasizing the holistic development of young individuals.
