Riyadh, November 22, 2024 – The Mohammed Bin Salman Foundation, Misk, celebrated a significant milestone on Thursday with the graduation of 178 trainees from the 5th and 6th cohorts of its prestigious Leaders 2030 program. The ceremony took place in the Misk City at the Mohammed Bin Salman Nonprofit City, marking the successful completion of a rigorous leadership development initiative aimed at equipping Saudi leaders with the skills and knowledge to drive the Kingdom’s transformative goals forward.

The Leaders 2030 program, a core part of the Misk Leaders track, is designed to develop and refine the leadership capabilities of Saudi nationals from various sectors. The program’s ultimate goal is to empower the next generation of leaders to effectively address the country’s most pressing challenges, while also capitalizing on emerging opportunities. By aligning with Saudi Arabia’s ambitious Vision 2030 agenda, the program seeks to produce highly capable leaders who can manage and lead transformative projects that will shape the future of the Kingdom.

This dynamic program is built on 10 strategic partnerships with leading international and local organizations that specialize in providing globally recognized tools and frameworks for leadership development. These collaborations ensure that the curriculum is of the highest standard and offers practical, real-world applications for participants. Over the course of six to nine months, the program combines theoretical knowledge with hands-on experience, preparing trainees to take on leadership roles that require innovative thinking, strategic decision-making, and the ability to drive change.

Graduates of Leaders 2030 are equipped to lead impactful projects that align with Saudi Arabia’s national objectives, particularly in sectors such as technology, governance, and economic diversification. As part of the larger mission of Misk, this initiative plays a crucial role in nurturing the human capital needed to support the Kingdom’s development and growth, contributing directly to the success of the Vision 2030 roadmap.

The graduation ceremony was a celebration of the hard work and dedication of the trainees, many of whom are expected to play key roles in the public and private sectors, guiding the Kingdom through its period of transformation. With the completion of the 5th and 6th cohorts, the Leaders 2030 program continues to reinforce Misk’s commitment to investing in the next generation of Saudi leaders and ensuring the long-term success of the Kingdom’s ambitious goals.
