MoJ reports Taradhi platform resolves 7,700 commercial disputes by 2023

Riyadh, April 18, 2024, The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) recently disclosed that the Taradhi conciliation platform has successfully resolved 7,700 commercial disputes by the conclusion of 2023. This platform employs streamlined and user-friendly processes in line with the goals outlined in the National Transformation Program as part of Saudi Vision 2030.

The MoJ's Conciliation Center provides its services through the Taradhi platform, accessible at taradhi.moj.gov.sa. This platform functions as an alternative dispute resolution mechanism, enabling parties to resolve disputes in a cooperative and remote environment under the guidance of certified conciliators. Additionally, it aims to enhance the investment climate within Saudi Arabia.

Operating within a robust legal framework, the platform ensures the validity and enforceability of conciliation agreements. These agreements hold legal weight and can be enforced without resorting to litigation in cases of non-compliance. The Taradhi conciliation platform stands as a testament to the MoJ's commitment to fostering efficient and harmonious dispute resolution mechanisms, contributing to a more conducive business environment in the Kingdom.
