The MoU, which was signed by SPA Acting President Ali Alzaid and APS Director General Samir Gaid, is designed to foster enhanced news cooperation and information exchange between the two leading news agencies.

The agreement focuses on facilitating the sharing of news content, facilitating joint media initiatives, and supporting the exchange of expertise between SPA and APS.
