Makkah, April 29, 2024, The Muslim World League (MWL) has conveyed profound concern regarding the heightening military tensions in Al-Fasher, North Darfur, Sudan.
Through a statement issued by the MWL General Secretariat, the league reiterated its steadfast solidarity with Sudan and its citizens. It urged all involved parties to prioritize the nation's welfare and engage in meaningful dialogue to address the escalating situation.
The statement also underscored the importance of upholding the agreements established during the Jeddah talks. These agreements are aimed at reaching a comprehensive political resolution that not only preserves Sudan's unity but also fosters enduring peace and stability for its people.
