Riyadh, December 25, 2023, The National Volunteer Portal presented 309 volunteer opportunities provided by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance in Al-Baha Region in 2023. A total of 3,870 volunteers participated in the projects, contributing a combined total of 97,000 hours. The economic value of their contributions amounted to over SAR 2 million, with a high beneficiary satisfaction rate of 99.93%. The volunteers engaged in various initiatives, including cleaning and fumigating mosques, welcoming pilgrims, distributing water and books, participating in programs, awareness-raising activities, and national events.
