Riyadh, December 25, 2023, The National Debt Management Center (NDMC) and the Ministry of Finance (MoF) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC). The MoU aims to explore the potential expansion of the existing relationship and cooperation to facilitate activities of mutual benefit and foster further collaboration between the two entities. The memorandum was co-signed by Saoud Albehairi, Acting Chief of Alternative Funding and Consultation of NDMC on behalf of NDMC and MoF, and Kato Manabu, Director General of Energy Solutions Finance Department, Energy and Natural Resources Finance Group of JBIC.
