NEOM, November 15, 2023, The Board of Directors of NEOM, the sustainable regional development in northwest Saudi Arabia, unveiled Epicon, its latest luxury coastal tourism destination with a residential component. Positioned on the Gulf of Aqaba, Epicon aims to redefine hospitality and architecture, featuring two distinctive towers, one standing at 225 meters and the other at 275 meters. These towers will house an ultra-premium 41-key hotel and 14 suites and apartments within luxury residences. Adjacent to the hotel is the Epicon resort, offering tranquility, indulgence, and 120 rooms, along with 45 residential beach villas.
Epicon is designed as a futuristic gateway, providing an escape from everyday stress. Guests and residents can enjoy various amenities, including a beach club, spa, nature exploration, watersports, and exceptional dining. The resort promises an immersive and life-affirming experience, with luxurious residences and beach villas incorporating cutting-edge innovations and world-class services.
Epicon residents and guests will have unrestricted access to top-notch facilities, overlooking one of NEOM's most desirable shorelines. The resort boasts a state-of-the-art gym, library, workspaces, pools, and lounges. The introduction of Epicon follows the recent announcement of Leyja, NEOM's sustainable tourism destination in a natural valley, contributing to the broader objectives of the Kingdom's ecotourism offerings.
