The award is in the category of Development Solutions Achievement, which aims to identify and honor noteworthy initiatives that address development issues in International Development Bank (IDB) member nations.
First place winner will get $100,000, second place winner will get $70,000, and third place winner will get $30,000.

Initiatives must be able to be reproduced in different regions and have been started within the last seven years in order to qualify.First-place winners will take home $100,000, while second- and third-place winners will take home $70,000 and $30,000, respectively.The announcement describes a two-step nominating process, the first of which is visiting the IsDB Prize Portal website's How to Apply section. The nominator or applicant must register first and foremost; this process will continue until October 30, 2024.
