October will see the opening of an international hunting and falconry exhibition in Saudi Arabia

 

Major Exhibition Event: The Saudi Falcons Club will host the International Saudi Falcons and Hunting Exhibition from October 3 to 12, 2024, at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center, featuring over 400 exhibitors from 45 countries.


Diverse Attractions: The exhibition will cover 60,000 square meters and include interactive exhibits like the Shalayel Digital Museum, specialized sections for falconry and hunting gear, and a Future Falconers program for children.


Additional Highlights: The event will introduce the Kingdom's first platform for weapon sales, run alongside the Al-Melwah Falcon Race from October 7 to 12, and feature a Saudi Falcons Club Auction from October 1 to November 15, with daily hours from 4 pm to 11 pm.


Riyadh, September 2, 2024 — The Saudi Falcons Club is poised to host the highly anticipated International Saudi Falcons and Hunting Exhibition from October 3 to 12, 2024. The event will take place at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham, located just north of Riyadh. This prominent exhibition is set to feature over 400 exhibitors from 45 different countries, showcasing its significance on the global stage.


Spanning an impressive 60,000 square meters, the exhibition is designed to cater to a diverse audience, including falconry and hunting enthusiasts, outdoor adventurers, and art aficionados. The expansive layout will accommodate a wide variety of activities and exhibits aimed at engaging visitors of all ages.


One of the exhibition's standout features is the Shalayel Digital Museum. This cutting-edge exhibit will offer an immersive experience into the rich tradition of falconry through the use of advanced virtual reality technology and interactive displays. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore the historical and cultural significance of falconry in a dynamic and engaging manner.


The exhibition will also include several specialized sections. These will highlight the latest advancements in falconry supplies and technology, including falcon feed and products, as well as camping and outdoor equipment. Additionally, the event will showcase a range of hunting weapons and tools, alongside motorcycles, bicycles, and off-road vehicles.


A particularly noteworthy aspect of the exhibition is the Future Falconers program. This initiative, spearheaded by the Saudi Falcons Club, is designed to engage younger audiences through a variety of fun and educational activities. The program aims to foster a deeper appreciation for falconry and outdoor activities among children.



In addition to these attractions, visitors can enjoy a diverse array of experiences including a photo gallery, live art demonstrations, and an arts and crafts section featuring impressive sculpture displays. For the first time, the exhibition will feature a dedicated platform for the sale of various types of weapons. Saudi companies will present firearms and ammunition from over 50 international brands, providing visitors with opportunities for both live and virtual shooting experiences.


The exhibition will run in conjunction with the Al-Melwah Falcon Race, which will take place from October 7 to 12, and the Saudi Falcons Club Auction. The auction, featuring locally sourced falcons, will be held from October 1 to November 15, aligning with the falconry season.


The event will be open to the public daily from 4 pm to 11 pm. Through this grand exhibition, the Saudi Falcons Club aims to highlight its commitment to preserving and evolving the cultural heritage of falconry. The event also seeks to promote environmental awareness and ensure the sustainability of falconry traditions for future generations.
