In a statement released by the general secretariat of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) in Jeddah, it was emphasized that on the occasion of World Humanitarian Day, it is crucial to acknowledge the numerous humanitarian challenges faced by the Islamic world. The OIC highlighted the alarming negative developments that are unfolding, underscoring the urgent need to intensify and coordinate efforts in order to alleviate their impact. Furthermore, the organization reaffirmed its unwavering dedication to fostering and coordinating collective Islamic action in the realm of humanitarian aid, rooted in Islamic values.
