The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) demands that Israel answer for war crimes and crimes against humanity committed in the West Bank, Gaza Strip, and Jerusalem.

"Jeddah, August 11, 2024." After the assault on the Tabeen School in Gaza, which left numerous people dead and numerous others injured, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) expressed its disgust. The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), in a statement released today, sees this strike as an extension of the ten months of violent atrocities and genocide committed by the Israeli occupation in the Gaza Strip. These crimes were committed blatantly against international law, rulings from the International Court of Justice, and pertinent UN Security Council resolutions.
The organization reiterated its demand that Israel, the occupying power, be held accountable for all war crimes and crimes against humanity that are carried out in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, including the occupied city of Jerusalem. It held the Israeli occupation forces solely responsible for these ongoing crimes.
Furthermore, Israel was urged by the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) to respect international humanitarian law, initiate an immediate and comprehensive cease-fire in the Gaza Strip, and offer international protection to the Palestinian people. The OIC specifically addressed the United Nations Security Council with its request.
