Jeddah, March 29, 2025 – The General Secretariat of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) has strongly condemned the ongoing Israeli aggression on Syrian soil, including the recent Israeli forces' bombardment of the town of Koya, which led to the deaths and injuries of many innocent civilians.
The Jeddah-based organization condemned the attack as a clear violation of the sovereignty of the Syrian Arab Republic, international law, and the United Nations Charter.
The General Secretariat called for the United Nations Security Council to fulfill its responsibilities in addressing these ongoing attacks, reaffirming the OIC's full solidarity with the Syrian Arab Republic.
