Jeddah, October 31, 2024 — In a significant diplomatic engagement, Ambassador Tariq Ali Bakheet, the Special Envoy to Afghanistan and Assistant Secretary-General for Humanitarian, Social, and Cultural Affairs at the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), held a meeting with Pakistan’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Hina Rabbani Khar.
