Aden, April 08, 2024, On Saturday, the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) completed the distribution of 460 tons of food baskets to displaced and vulnerable families in the governorates of Taiz and Aden, assisting 52,162 individuals. This distribution is part of the second phase of a food aid project targeting the neediest families in Yemen.
The overall project aims to distribute 119,394 food baskets containing essential commodities across six stages, benefiting a total of 170,478 individuals from the most vulnerable groups in the governorates of Aden, Abyan, Lahij, Dhale, and Taiz. These efforts are part of the Kingdom's humanitarian and relief initiatives through KSrelief, demonstrating its commitment to supporting the Yemeni people and alleviating their suffering amidst the ongoing humanitarian crisis.
