Over 1,350 women volunteers trained to enhance services at holy sites

Madinah, March 05, 2024, The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque has taken a significant step in enhancing visitor services by training more than 1,350 women volunteers. Conducted via Zoom, the training sessions aimed to equip volunteers with essential skills for providing top-notch services to women visiting the Prophet's Mosque.

The training curriculum covered various topics, encompassing volunteer work skills, crowd management, effective communication with visitors to the holy mosques, event management for volunteers, and the compassionate care of elderly individuals and those with disabilities.

This initiative underscores the authority's commitment to delivering exceptional services to visitors and reflects its dedication to creating a positive and supportive environment at the Prophet's Mosque. By providing comprehensive training through modern platforms like Zoom, the General Authority ensures that its volunteers are well-prepared to contribute effectively to the well-being and comfort of those visiting this sacred site.
