Makkah, June 15, 2024. The General Secretariat for Islamic Awareness in Hajj, Umrah, and Visit has provided pilgrims with essential help so far this year. The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance has provided this assistance. Since the commencement of the Hajj celebration, the ministry has received over three hundred and forty thousand calls from pilgrims seeking information and guidance through the free phone line (8002451000). We have an academic group of Muslims available around the clock to answer questions about the Hajj and Umrah rituals, which are based on the teachings of the Quran and the Sunnah. We also provide interpreters as an additional service to maintain efficient communication with pilgrims from all over the world.
