The Saudi Data and AI Authority's Tawakkalna application has been experiencing continuous success for the past four years.

Over 32 million citizens, residents, and visitors from all over the world have benefitted from more than 315 services by the system.

The app pulls in the characteristics of a number of government bodies like the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Hajj, and Umrah in such a way that it caters to many languages.

Mina, the 15th of June, 2024. Within the past four years - the Tawakkalna application represented an all-inclusive national application that was able to reach worldwide fame. It is considered among the largest and most prominent technical projects that have been addressed by the Saudi Data and AI Authority; the SDAIA seeks within its basis to include services from a number of varied government agencies in the Kingdom, as well as collect such services on a single platform. This application provides more than 315 services to more than 32 million users, which includes citizens, residents, and visitors from all areas of the world, with pilgrims and Umrah performers being the most prominent users. This national accomplishment is a direct result of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince, Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Arabian Artificial Intelligence Agency (SDAIA).

He has consistently and resolutely supported SDAIA's efforts to maximize the application of data and artificial intelligence technologies at the federal level. Offering services in Arabic, English, Filipino, Indonesian, Bangladeshi, Urdu, and Hindi, the Tawakkalna app guarantees that pilgrims can fully utilize its functionalities regardless of their language. The Holy Quran, the direction of the Qibla, and the hours of prayer are made available through a collaboration between the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance. The National Center of Meteorology sends out notifications about the Hajj season.Users can also access their digital Hajj card, or Nusuk, with the Tawakkalna app, which was developed in close cooperation with the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.

The "My Cards" function on the "My Information" website also grants entry permits to the holy sites for vehicles and individuals working in Hajj. Additionally, it issues Umrah permits to users who have Hajj permits throughout the entire Hajj season through the Rituals portal. In addition to that, it provides services such as "help me" and a distress call feature, and it displays the volunteer card for those who are working with the Saudi Red Crescent Authority.
