The report highlights that Absher successfully processed over 7.7 million electronic transactions, reflecting a broad spectrum of services available to citizens, residents, and visitors across Saudi Arabia.
According to the report, the Absher Individuals platform was particularly active, managing more than 5.2 million transactions. These transactions encompassed a variety of essential services, including identity verification checks, electronic renewals of national ID cards, registrations for family members, and the usage of open data services. This platform plays a crucial role in facilitating everyday administrative tasks, thereby enhancing convenience and efficiency for users.
The General Directorate of Passports also made significant contributions, handling numerous tasks related to international travel and residency.
