Najran, March 26, 2025, The art of palm frond weaving in the Najran Region is a traditional craft that has evolved into a significant cultural heritage, showcasing the region’s historical identity through handmade creations.
The traditional crafts section at the "Basta Khair Saudi Arabia" event drew considerable interest from visitors. Organized by the Najran Municipality, the event features 12 craft stalls positioned around the interactive fountain on King Saud Road.
The Saudi Press Agency (SPA) documented the diverse palm frond crafts on display, including intricately woven baskets, utensils, and traditional items made from locally sourced palm leaves and fibers.
