Buraidah, March 31, 2025, Perfumes and incense have long been cherished in Arab culture, symbolizing generosity and beauty, with their use spanning poetry, mosques, homes, and special occasions. As Eid Al-Fitr approaches, demand for oriental, French, and oud perfumes rises.

A recent Saudi Press Agency tour of perfume markets in Qassim Region highlighted a surge in sales. Shop owners confirmed that oud remains the most popular item, with prices ranging from SAR50-90 per ounce for refined and synthetic oud, while natural oud varies from SAR100-700 depending on quality and origin (Indonesia, Cambodia, India, Vietnam, Thailand).
