The Pilgrims' City in Abu Ajram and the pilgrims' reception facility in Taima were both made comfortable for pilgrims passing through by the King Salman bin Abdulaziz Royal Reserve Development Authority.
By planning events at pilgrimage hubs around the country, the Authority hopes to make pilgrims' journeys more comfortable and straightforward.
During the Hajj, pilgrims received presents including trinkets, literature that described the steps and customs of the pilgrimage, and umbrellas to shield them from the sun.

The King Salman bin Abdulaziz Royal Reserve Development Authority gave hospitality to pilgrims as they traveled through the Pilgrims City in Abu Ajram, which is located in the Al-Jouf Region, and the pilgrims' greeting center in Taima, which is located in the Tabuk Region. The Authority is implementing these programs at pilgrimage centers in various locales to provide comfort, ease their journey, and share the joy of the Hajj. The Authority provided pilgrims with gifts such as souvenirs, books explaining the stages and rituals of the Hajj, and umbrellas designed to shield them from the sun during the rituals.
