Passports Directorate at Jadidat Arar Border Crossing is accepting pilgrims from Iraq for Hajj.

To do the Hajj, Iraqi pilgrims are welcome to apply for passports at the Jadidat Arar Border Crossing.


The Directorate is committed to ensuring that pilgrim procedures are completed in a timely and efficient manner.


In order to enhance the effectiveness of the pilgrimage site admittance procedure, the organization is providing highly qualified laborers and state-of-the-art technological resources, such as multilingual translation apparatus.


The General Directorate of Passports at the Jadidat Arar Border Crossing in Arar continues to accept pilgrims from Iraq who wish to complete the Hajj as the year 1445 AH approaches in May 30, 2024. This ensures that their procedures are concluded in good time.


The Passports Directorate is keen on the success of the effectiveness of the admission process of the pilgrimage site by using all the available resources. This means that every port in the Kingdom must be staffed with knowledgeable employees and equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, like multilingual translation devices, to manage the 137 different languages at the same time.
