Pilgrims from Turkiye, Europe, America, and Australia are welcomed at Makkah by the Tawafa Establishment.

In addition to welcoming pilgrims to Makkah, the Tawafa Establishment for Pilgrims from Turkey, Europe, the United States of America, and Australia held training and awareness sessions on the smart Hajj card and required criteria.

The group taught pilgrims how to use the Pilgrim Experience Program and deal with unforeseen circumstances, as well as details on transportation arrangements for the Hajj.

The efforts were made to maintain high standards of quality and hygiene, work with crucial agencies, and ensure the pilgrims' health and safety while also making a positive impact on the Hajj season.

May 26, 2024, Makkah. The pilgrims who visited Makkah and the holy sites related to the Hajj this year were cordially welcomed by the Tawafa Establishment for Pilgrims from Turkey, Europe, the United States of America, and Australia. The organization held workshops and awareness sessions to tell the pilgrims about the features and requirements of the smart Hajj card. The usual transportation schedule for Hajj, with advice on using the Pilgrim Experience Program, was also sent to the visitors, detailing how to handle unforeseen circumstances. These measures have been implemented to ensure the protection of health and safety among pilgrims and to make the Hajj season successful. We were able to do this through maintaining strict quality and hygiene guidelines and working closely with the relevant agencies.
