The airport has three dedicated lounges for pilgrims, situated in Terminal 1, the North Terminal, and the Hajj and Umrah lounge complex.

As part of an integrated service system, pilgrims will continue to arrive at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah on June 5, 2024. They prepare for the Hajj rites, scheduled to begin at 14:45 AH. The Kingdom's leadership places a special emphasis on providing services to pilgrims, which has sped up the processes involved in welcoming and transporting pilgrims to Makkah. In order to document the ongoing arrival of pilgrim planes and the amenities and facilities provided by the relevant authorities upon landing, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) conducted a tour of the arrival lounges at King Abdulaziz International Airport.

Three lounges at the King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah welcome pilgrims. These lounges are located at Terminal 1, the North Terminal, and the Hajj and Umrah lounge complex. As the joint operations room works to manage all operations within the airport, including pilgrims' passport procedures through more than 411 passport control platforms and 440 baggage registrations, the Jeddah Airports Company, which operates the King Abdulaziz International Airport in collaboration with the governmental, security, and operational authorities concerned with serving pilgrims, is harnessing all capabilities and equipment and providing a set of integrated services. The aim is to offer a wide array of services.

The company also stated that King Abdulaziz International Airport will have 16,000 employees at peak times in different government departments. The Jeddah Airports Company also said that all the employees are committed to serving pilgrims and making sure that they can perform their Hajj rites in an atmosphere that is totally peaceful and tranquil.
