The General Department of Tawaf Affairs at the Grand Mosque in Makkah set a new record by delivering central Tawaf services to approximately 1.5 million pilgrims during the 1445 AH Hajj season.
The program aims to improve the Tawaf procedure, especially for the farewell Tawaf ceremony, and provides pilgrims with Tawaf services, guidance, and field knowledge.
This program is run by Saudi youths who can meet the requirements, and they work in collaboration with other opinionated service providers of Tawaf so that they are able to enhance and extend the authentic Tawaf program time after time.
Makkah city: 19th June 2024. The General Department of Tawaf Affairs at the Grand Mosque, which is a representative of the Presidency of Religious Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque, established a new record by providing central Tawaf services to almost 1.5 million pilgrims during the Hajj season in the year 1445 AH.
The launch of this endeavor aimed to improve the Tawaf procedure, especially considering the large number of pilgrims who participated in the farewell Tawaf ceremony. This program provides pilgrims with Tawaf services, guidance, and field knowledge. This program guarantees the fulfillment of pilgrims' needs and the execution of the Tawaf rite according to the Prophet Mohammed's teachings. Hundreds of Saudi adolescents who meet the requirements oversee the program. By working together with other Tawaf service providers, the core Tawaf program, which has been around for fourteen years, is continuously growing and becoming more up-to-date.
