Nairobi, September 6, 2023, On the eve of the Africa Climate Summit (ACS) 2023, which was held in Nairobi, Kenya, on Tuesday, President Azali Assoumani of the Comoros met with Saudi Arabia's Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Cabinet Member, and Special Envoy for Climate Change, Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir. Al-Jubeir wished the Comorian President, the Comorian government, and the Comorian people well during the meeting on behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister. Relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Comoros were addressed, and opinions on a number of topics of shared interest were expressed.
