Hangzhou, September 25, 2023, Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki bin Faisal, President of the Saudi Olympic and Paralympic Committee (SOPC) and the leader of the Saudi delegation at the 19th Asian Games, paid a visit to the Saudi delegation's headquarters at the Athletes' Village in Hangzhou on Sunday evening.
Accompanying Prince Abdulaziz were Prince Fahd bin Jalawi bin Abdulaziz bin Musaed, Vice President of the SOPC, and Prince Abdullah bin Fahd bin Abdullah, Head of the Saudi mission.
During his visit, Prince Abdulaziz met with both male and female athletes and the delegation's administrators, ensuring that all provided facilities were ready and expressing his full support to facilitate their sports mission, representing the Kingdom with honor.
Meanwhile, Prince Fahd bin Jalawi, on behalf of the delegation's leader, attended an official dinner hosted by the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA). The event was attended by heads of participating delegations in the tournament and several international sports officials. Prince Fahd received a commemorative shield from the OCA, recognizing the SOPC's support for the promotional campaign of the 19th Asian Games. This support was demonstrated through the organization of the Fun Run event in Riyadh last December, which saw the participation of numerous Asian sports personalities.
