Hangzhou, September 25, 2023, Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki bin Faisal, President of the Saudi Olympic and Paralympic Committee (SOPC), and the leader of the Saudi delegation at the 19th Asian Games, convened a meeting in Hangzhou, China, with Raja Randhir Singh, the Acting President of the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA). Accompanying them were Prince Fahd bin Jalawi bin Abdulaziz bin Musaed, Vice President of the SOPC, and Vinod Kumar Tiwari, Acting Director General of the OCA.
The discussions at the meeting centered on the progress of the ongoing 19th Asian Games and the forthcoming Asian Games events, including the 7th Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games in Riyadh in 2025, the Asian Winter Games in Trojena in 2029, and the 2034 Asian Games in Riyadh in 2034.
Furthermore, Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki held a separate meeting with Raad Hammoudi, President of the Iraqi National Olympic Committee (NOC), where they explored avenues for collaborative efforts to benefit sports in both nations.
