New York, September 20, 2023, Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, the foreign affairs minister, and Jeyhun Bayramov, the foreign minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan, met today. In New York, this gathering coincided with the 78th UN General Assembly. The two ministers discussed ways to strengthen and expand their bilateral ties in a variety of areas of cooperation during their discussion. They went into detail on combining bilateral and multilateral initiatives. They also discussed the most recent advancements on significant global concerns as well as the ongoing efforts in this area. Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Wasel, the Permanent Representative of the Kingdom to the UN, and Abdurrahman Al-Dawood, the Director of the Foreign Minister's Office, both attended the meeting.
