Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah actively participated in the 158th preparatory meeting for the Ministerial Council, paving the way for the 44th session of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). The meeting, chaired by Qatar's Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, also the current Chairman of the Ministerial Council, included the involvement of GCC Foreign Ministers and GCC Secretary-General Jassim Albudaiwi.
Discussions during the meeting covered various reports pertaining to the implementation of decisions from the 43rd GCC Supreme Council summit in Riyadh. Additionally, memoranda and reports from ministerial and technical committees, as well as the Secretariat General, were reviewed. The agenda also included discussions on topics related to dialogues and bilateral relations within the GCC framework.
