Riyadh, February 05, 2024, Against the backdrop of the World Defense Show (WDS) in Riyadh today, Minister of Defense Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz held a meeting with Anwar Ali Hyder, the Minister of Defense of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The discussions during the meeting encompassed a thorough review of the longstanding ties between the two friendly nations, alongside exploring potential collaborations in the military and defense domains. The agenda also extended to addressing various regional and international issues of shared concern.
Highlighting the significance of the encounter, both ministers presided over the signing ceremony of two memoranda of understanding between their respective defense ministries. The ceremonial proceedings were attended by Deputy Minister of Defense Prince Abdulrahman bin Mohammed bin Ayyaf and several high-ranking officials from the ministry. Notably, the Pakistani delegation included a contingent of senior officials.
