Makkah, April 07, 2024, His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia, hosted a significant gathering at the Al-Safa Palace in Makkah. Among the distinguished guests was Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif of Pakistan, alongside Crown Prince and Prime Minister Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa of Bahrain.
The occasion was marked by the traditional Iftar meal, symbolizing the spirit of unity and fellowship during the holy month of Ramadan. In attendance were notable figures such as Deputy Governor Prince Saud bin Mishaal bin Abdulaziz, Cabinet Member Prince Turki bin Mohammed bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Defense Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, and Minister of Culture Prince Badr bin Abdullah bin Farhan, among others from the Saudi Arabian side.
The Pakistani delegation included Minister of Foreign Affairs Mohammad Ishaq Dar, Defense Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif, Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb, Information and Broadcasting Minister Attaullah Tarar, and Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif. Similarly, Bahrain was represented by the Minister of Finance and National Economy Sheikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, and the Private Secretary of the Crown Prince, Sheikh Abdullah bin Isa Al Khalifa.
This gathering underscored the strong diplomatic ties and collaborative efforts between Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, and Bahrain, furthering mutual interests and regional cooperation.
