The supplier, Insulet Corporation, sent Professional Medical Expertise Company, also doing business as "ProMedEx," a notice letter on January 31, 2024, indicating that the supplier does not want to extend the non-exclusive distribution contract for selling its products. Consequently, Professional Medical Expertise Company's contract to sell the supplier's products will expire on March 31, 2024 AD. It should be noted that the supplier's product sales (through Insulet Corporation) accounted for 3.34% of ProMedEx's total sales in 2023 AD. Therefore, Insulet Company's decision to not extend its non-exclusive distributor arrangement won't have any negative financial effects on the business.
