Among the guests of the Holy Qur'an Printing Program at the King Fahd Complex, Medine
Guests were informed about the printing, translation and distribution of the Holy Quran to Muslims around the world.
They observed the processes of printing, examining and reading the Holy Quran, and took copies and translations of it as reminders.
Medine, 21 June 2024. Guests of the Cross, Umra and Visit Programme, supervised by the Ministry of Islamic Relations, Invitation and Guidance, visited the King Fahd Complex for the Printing of the Holy Quran as part of the ministry's cultural tours for program visitors in Medina. Guests noted the extraordinary efforts and attention the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has given to the Holy Quran and its people. The team at the complex detailed how the Holy Quran was printed, translated into various languages, and distributed worldwide for use by Muslim followers. They also encountered the world's largest printing of the Qur'an. In addition, they had the opportunity to observe how the Holy Qur'an was printed and subsequently passed the process of verification. They also saw the printing and translation stages of the Holy Quran. After the tour was completed, King Fahd presented copies of the Holy Qur'an and translations of the Sanctification to the guests and guardians of the two sacred congregation programmes for the Printing Complex, the Cross, the Umrah and the tour. In addition, they collected photos to commemorate the event.
