Riyadh, November 22, 2023, Rakan Alsheikh, the Undersecretary for Policies and Economic Planning at the Ministry of Economy and Planning, played an active role in a dialogue session titled "Practices in Implementing Public Policies" during the IPA Forum for Implementing Public Policy and its Role in Realizing the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
In the session, Alsheikh highlighted the critical importance of adhering to structured methodologies when formulating public policies and assessing their developmental impact. He emphasized key enablers in this process, including the establishment of partnerships with research centers, the enhancement of skills relevant to public policy, and the active involvement of the private sector in public consultation procedures. This underscores the commitment to a comprehensive and collaborative approach in shaping and implementing public policies in alignment with the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
