Tabuk, March 26, 2025 – Red Sea Global (RSG) and Oracle have announced a partnership to train 5,000 Saudi citizens over the next six months, aligning with Oracle’s broader initiative to upskill 50,000 individuals across the Kingdom. This collaboration reinforces RSG’s commitment to local empowerment and talent development through a regenerative approach.
According to an RSG press release, the training will be conducted via Oracle’s Mostaqbali learning platform, offered through Oracle University. The free educational initiative aims to equip Saudi citizens with essential IT skills for high-demand technology-driven jobs. Given the integral role of Oracle technologies in RSG’s hospitality projects, the program will also enhance participants' employment prospects across RSG’s luxury tourism destinations.
Sultan Moraished, RSG’s Group Head of Technology and Corporate Excellence, emphasized that the initiative supports young Saudi talent, complementing existing RSG training programs that have already led to employment opportunities within RSG and its partners. He highlighted that equipping young Saudis with technical expertise will create a skilled workforce for the Kingdom’s hospitality sector, aligning with Saudi Vision 2030.
Reham AlMusa, Oracle’s Vice President for Business Applications, Public Sector, and Managing Director, reaffirmed Oracle’s commitment to Saudi Vision 2030 by preparing local talent for the Kingdom’s expanding digital economy. She noted that the collaboration with RSG will help build a workforce tailored to the needs of Saudi Arabia’s rapidly growing hospitality industry.
The press release further stated that the program will cover various Oracle solutions, including enterprise applications and cloud infrastructure services. Participants will gain hands-on experience through structured educational modules, equipping them for roles within RSG’s hospitality sector.
