Riyadh, February 27, 2024, Red Sea Global (RSG), the visionary force behind transformative tourism destinations The Red Sea and Amaala, has unveiled its inaugural 'Red Sea Waves' album, crafted by its in-house production arm, Red Sea Studios.
Under the guidance of Adham Alzanbagi, Senior Manager of Content Production at Red Sea Studios, the creative team meticulously curated this distinctive album. Drawing inspiration from the diverse cultures and civilizations along the Red Sea coast, the album stands as a testament to cross-cultural collaboration, featuring contributions from Saudi, Egyptian, Sudanese, Somali, and other artists and musicians.
Eng. Ahmed Darwish, the group's chief administrative officer at Red Sea Global, expressed the significance of this musical endeavor in enhancing the authentic and immersive guest experience at The Red Sea. He emphasized the broader vision of establishing The Red Sea as a dynamic creative hub, uniting local and international talents across various artistic disciplines.

Comprising 12 tracks spanning a range of genres and origins, the album showcases the eclectic musical tapestry of the Red Sea region. From Yanbawi melodies to Suakin rhythms from Sudan, Tohami songs from Yemen, Ngoni tunes from West Africa, and Balo Somali music, each track encapsulates the cultural richness and diversity of the Red Sea coast.
The album, designed to enhance the experience of visitors to The Red Sea, is now available for streaming on music platforms, thanks to a collaboration with MDLBEAST. This strategic partnership aims to amplify the allure of Red Sea coastal music to a global audience while retaining all printing and publishing rights under RSG's purview.
