Cannes, March 13, 2024, The General Real Estate Authority (REGA) has made its mark at the prestigious real estate exhibition, MIPIM, in Cannes, running from March 12 to 15.
Over the course of the four-day event, REGA is utilizing its pavilion to spotlight the intricate landscape of real estate laws and the sector's foremost organizational procedures. Tayseer Al Mufarrej, the spokesperson for REGA, underlined the significance of the authority's participation, underscoring its pivotal role in illuminating Saudi Arabia's real estate sector and fostering diversified investment avenues in alignment with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
Al Mufarrej emphasized REGA's commitment to exporting its wealth of regulatory expertise and practices, noting the Kingdom's esteemed reputation for crafting regulatory laws across various economic sectors, which garners considerable attention at global forums.
The spokesperson elaborated on REGA's overarching goals at the exhibition, which include raising awareness and stimulating investment interest in the Saudi real estate domain.
Since its inception in 1990, the International Real Estate Exhibition (MIPIM) has served as a cornerstone event in the industry's calendar, annually convening in Cannes, France. Renowned for attracting key players from the construction and real estate spheres worldwide, this year's edition boasts the participation of over 300 international organizations and enterprises engaged in real estate marketing and development, alongside a staggering 6,500 investors.
