Riyadh, February 16, 2025 – The King Salman Global Academy for the Arabic Language (KSGAAL) has officially opened registration for the third edition of the prestigious Abjad Center, a specialized program aimed at teaching Arabic to non-native speakers through a structured and advanced academic methodology. Applications for the program are now being accepted, with a deadline of March 15, 2025, and the in-person study sessions scheduled to begin on September 1, 2025.


Building on the tremendous success of its previous editions, the Abjad Center continues to attract global attention, reflecting a growing interest in mastering the Arabic language. The first edition of the program garnered more than 16,140 applicants from 162 different nationalities, with over 130 students selected from 34 countries. The second edition saw an even greater demand, receiving 16,472 applications from 126 nationalities and admitting over 150 students from 40 different nations, solidifying the center’s reputation as a leading institution for Arabic language education.


The Abjad Center’s curriculum is meticulously designed to provide a comprehensive and immersive learning experience that aligns with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). The program spans four levels, each lasting two months, totaling eight months of intensive study. Each level comprises 160 instructional hours, with students engaging in approximately 20 hours of study per week. The curriculum is carefully structured to ensure proficiency in the key language skills of reading, writing, listening, and speaking, while also integrating cultural activities that allow students to immerse themselves fully in the Arabic language and environment.


With its focus on linguistic excellence and cultural immersion, the Abjad Center offers a unique opportunity for learners from around the world to enhance their command of Arabic and deepen their understanding of the rich cultural heritage that underpins the language.
