New Delhi, September 12, 2023, The research arm Institute for Innovation in Water Technologies and Advanced Research, on behalf of the Saline Water Conversion Corporation (SWCC), and the National Institute of Ocean Technology (NIOT) of the Republic of India have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU). The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), which was signed in New Delhi on the margins of the Group of Twenty (G20) Summit, calls for further collaboration in the fields of water, innovation, renewable energy, and water desalination technology. In order to establish a long-term alliance and increase joint investment in the industry, the document proposes areas of cooperation between Saudi Arabia and India in water desalination.
