On September 15, 2024, in Madinah, Eng. Badr Al-Dulami, the Acting CEO of the Roads General Authority (RGA), conducted an inspection of several key road projects in the Madinah Region. These included the Madinah-Makkah Highway, Wadi Al-Fara Road, and Al-Ruwaidah-Baydan Road, among others. Al-Dulami evaluated the readiness and maintenance of these roads to ensure they meet user satisfaction and align with the Roads Sector Strategy’s objectives, which prioritize safety, quality, and traffic management. The RGA, established by the Cabinet in August 2022, is tasked with regulating the roads sector and advancing the goals of the Roads Sector Strategy.
