Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – The program for the forthcoming competition (20–30 October) has been confirmed by the Riyadh 2023 World Combat Games organizing committee. As the first Middle Eastern country to organize the prestigious multi-sport games, this event marks a crucial turning point for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. More than 1,700 male and female athletes from more than 80 countries will participate in the event, which will be held in the Sports Arena at King Saud University in Riyadh. On October 20 and 21, boxing, karate, and sambo matches will take place as the tournament's opening events. On October 21 and 22, sumo and wushu tournaments will be held, with judo matches scheduled for October 23. Fans of wrestling can look forward to thrilling matches from October 23 to October 26. Aikido battles are scheduled for the 24th and 25th of October, and Jujitsu competitions are scheduled from the 24th through the 26th. Fans of fencing and kickboxing will be able to watch captivating competitions from October 25 through October 27. Armwrestling will take place from October 27 through October 28. Kendo will take place from October 29 through October 30. The 10-day Riyadh 2023 World Combat Games will surely come to an end with dramatic competitions in Muaythai, Savate, and Taekwondo from October 28 to 30.
