Riyadh Global Champions Arabian Tour Concludes Tomorrow with Grand Finale

The Riyadh Global Champions Arabian Tour (GCAT) finale, hosted near the King Abdullah Financial District, features 237 horses from 130 international studs, showcasing Saudi Arabia's equestrian heritage and global stature in the sport.

Riyadh, November 16, 2024 – The championship field opposite the iconic King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) in Riyadh is set to host the grand finale of the Riyadh Global Champions Arabian Tour (GCAT) today. Organized by the Saudi Arabian Equestrian Federation (SAEF), this esteemed event has drawn remarkable global attention, showcasing the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as a leading hub for equestrian excellence.


This year’s GCAT finale has attracted an impressive lineup of participants, with 237 horses representing 130 distinguished studs from around the world. The event underscores the global appeal and prestige of purebred Arabian horse competitions, as well as the Kingdom’s commitment to preserving and celebrating its equestrian heritage.


Prince Abdullah bin Fahd bin Abdullah, President of the Saudi Arabian Equestrian Federation, expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Saudi leadership for their unwavering support. He highlighted that such backing has been instrumental in ensuring the success of the Riyadh Tour, which continues to set new benchmarks for equestrian events on the international stage.
