The 13th Social Dialogue Forum opened in Riyadh under Minister Al-Rajhi's patronage. Themed "Legislations and Government Policies: Visions and Aspirations," the event includes ILO representatives and production parties. Al-Rajhi emphasized collaboration for success, highlighting achievements such as a 4.9% worker productivity growth rate, 167,000 Saudis entering the workforce, and initiatives training over 322,000 employees. Private sector compliance rose to 92%, and friendly labor dispute settlements reached 73%. ILO Representative Ghellab commended the Kingdom's comprehensive labor policies and involvement of key stakeholders.
