Drawing from previous experiences in organizing national events, the municipality has crafted a comprehensive strategy to ensure a memorable celebration. Key aspects of the preparation process include selecting celebration venues, enhancing logistical support through administrative centers, fostering collaborations with both public and private sectors, creating investment opportunities for municipal assets, promoting volunteer engagement, and closely monitoring weather conditions.
The municipality has pinpointed 94 sites across the governorates of Riyadh for the celebrations, comprising 53 designated for official events and 41 for logistical support. Efforts are underway to finalize preparations, which involve coordinating with government agencies, providing logistical services, establishing guidelines for the events, and ensuring municipal support in areas such as environmental sanitation, street maintenance, and overall site planning.
