Riyadh Season 2024 Signs Sponsorship Agreements with Local, International Partners

Sponsorship Agreements Signed: A signing ceremony for Riyadh Season 2024 took place at Via Riyadh, where GEA Chairman Turki bin Abdulmohsen AlalShikh and Minister of Tourism Ahmed Al-Khateeb secured partnerships with the Saudi Tourism Authority and the Quality-of-Life Program.

Riyadh, October 11, 2024 — Today marked a significant milestone for Riyadh Season 2024, as a formal signing ceremony for sponsorship agreements took place at Via Riyadh. The event was attended by notable figures including Turki bin Abdulmohsen AlalShikh, Chairman of the General Entertainment Authority (GEA), and Minister of Tourism Ahmed Al-Khateeb.


During the ceremony, AlalShikh and Al-Khateeb officially signed a sponsorship agreement with the Saudi Tourism Authority, establishing it as a key partner for the upcoming season. This partnership underscores the collaborative efforts between entertainment and tourism sectors to enhance Riyadh's global profile as a vibrant cultural destination.


In addition to this agreement, AlalShikh also solidified a partnership with the Quality-of-Life Program, further emphasizing the season's commitment to fostering initiatives that enhance community well-being and entertainment options in the region.


GEA Chief Executive Faisal Bafarat played a pivotal role in securing sponsorships from both local and international companies. He signed agreements with various partners, categorized as platinum, premium, strategic, and main partners, thus broadening the support base for Riyadh Season. These partnerships are vital as they allow businesses to leverage the event’s expansive reach to maximize their visibility in both local and global markets.


In a noteworthy gesture of community support, Riyadh Season allocated SAR 2 million in sponsorship to the Association of Saving Food, highlighting the event’s dedication to social responsibility and sustainability. Additionally, Bafarat signed a sponsorship agreement with the "Twisted Minds" club, further diversifying the range of partnerships involved in this year's festivities.
