Rolls-Royce Motor Cars has invited European journalists to test drive the Spectre, the brand's first entirely electric vehicle, in the picturesque countryside around the company's headquarters in West Sussex. Client deliveries have just started.
The Spectre European Media Drive starts at the marque's West Sussex headquarters.
Invited guests will have an exhilarating journey in Spectre, a chance to see this revolutionary automobile in its native environment.
“The launch of Spectre is a significant moment in the marque’s near 120-year storied history; Spectre is the first all-electric Rolls-Royce and represents the beginning of an exciting, bold, and new era for the brand. Two years ago, the marque made a historic announcement that in 2023 Rolls-Royce would launch its first all-electric motor car and that by the end 2030, the entire portfolio would be fully electric. Since this time, Spectre has been on a remarkable journey, completing a rigorous testing programme, spanning 2.5 million km, and has received overwhelmingly positive feedback from media and clients. It is now a great pleasure to see this motor car on the roads in our home market and I am delighted to offer the European media the opportunity to experience this transformative motor car in the United Kingdom.”

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars has initiated client deliveries of its fully electric Spectre model, and as part of this milestone, the company invited European media to experience the car in the scenic countryside surrounding its West Sussex headquarters.
The journey began at the iconic Home of Rolls-Royce, located on the Goodwood Estate, a place renowned for being the exclusive site where Rolls-Royce vehicles are meticulously designed and handcrafted. This location serves as the global headquarters and the Center of Luxury Manufacturing Excellence, embodying the essence of luxury and precision. It offers a unique space for nurturing creativity, talent, and innovation, allowing clients, media, and friends of the brand to immerse themselves in the world of Rolls-Royce.
From this point of origin, the media embarked on a scenic exploration through the picturesque landscapes of Hampshire and Sussex, carefully chosen for their breathtaking vistas. After experiencing the remarkable silence of the Spectre electric vehicle, the journey culminated at Heckfield Place, an eco-estate encompassing 430 acres, known for its modern country charm and serene environment.
